1. Educational platform
Holistic University is an independent directory and educational platform. By joining any membership tier, you agree that you are seeking educational information. Nothing on this platform — courses, community discussions, live calls, or practitioner listings — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare provider.
2. The Healers Map and independent practitioners
Practitioners listed on the Healers Map are independent contractors. Holistic University does not employ, clinically supervise, or guarantee the services of any listed practitioner. Meetings or engagements arranged through the directory are non-medical relationships between you and the practitioner, entered into at your own risk. Verify any practitioner's credentials and insurance before engaging their services.
3. Memberships, trials, and billing
Memberships bill through Stripe on the schedule shown at checkout. Trial terms are stated on the pricing page per tier; your first charge comes when the stated trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then from your account settings without being charged. Yearly plans bill once per year at the stated price.
4. No medical records
Holistic University does not collect or store medical histories, lab results, or health charts. Any health information you share with a practitioner is governed by that practitioner's own practice-management systems and policies, not by this platform.

Holistic University does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or clinical supervision. Users engage with practitioners at their own risk.
