Holistic University

Holistic University operates a wellness marketplace that connects members with independent holistic practitioners, plus educational membership offerings. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our websites and apps.
The platform is a wellness marketplace and educational community. We help people discover practitioners, request sessions, and explore courses. We are not a medical provider, clinic, hospital, or insurer.
Nothing on Holistic University is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Practitioners list holistic and wellness services. They are independent providers, not our employees or agents for clinical care.
Using the marketplace does not create a doctor–patient, therapist–client, or other provider–patient relationship with Holistic University. If you have a medical concern, consult a licensed physician or appropriate clinical professional.
You may create an account with your name, email, and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
When you sign up, you must agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. We record the time and policy version with your account. Optional marketing messages are separate and off by default.
Members can request sessions with practitioners based on availability the practitioner configures. Some offerings may be free discovery calls. Paid deposits, balances, or tips may use Stripe Checkout when that path is enabled for an offering.
Optional notes you leave on a booking are stored with the booking and shared with that practitioner. We do not copy those notes into Google Calendar event descriptions. Calendar sync (when a practitioner has connected Google Calendar) includes session title and scheduling details only.
Practitioners set their own offerings, availability, and practice policies. A listing or booking on our platform does not mean we employ, supervise, or guarantee their services. Disputes about a session should first be raised with the practitioner; you may also contact us at management@holisticuni.com for platform issues.
A credential badge means our staff reviewed evidence the practitioner submitted for the stated credential. It is not a guarantee of competence, service quality, results, or current legal authority to practice in every location.
Retreat pages may invite interest (name, email, party size, and an optional note). An interest form is not a booking and not a payment. Hosts use your note to plan hospitality. Accessibility and practical needs are welcome there.
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, harassment, scraping that harms the service, attempts to break security, or impersonation. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or put others at risk.
Paid membership tiers, trials, and classroom access are offered under the plans shown at checkout. Billing is processed by Stripe. Manage or cancel from account billing settings where available.
The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific practitioner outcomes, or that listings are error-free.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after an effective change means you accept the updated Terms, except where the law requires a different process.
